Kath gave birth to our first daughter Luciana Leigh Sergeant on the sixth of April 1998.This was one of the most exiting and proudest days of Kaths life. Kath wasnt the most natural mum in the world and it took a while for her to get in the swing of things.It didnt take long and soon you would have thought she had done it a hundred times. She was so happy to be a mum as this was one of the only things she ever wanted to be.Kath was so proud of her children and they both meant so much to her. Luci is currently in year nine at Purbrook park senior school and she is growing to be a very confident young lady.She likes to spend time in her bedroom as most young people do,playing on her computer,listening to music and watching dvd,s.Luci expresses herself freely through writing and drawing.Kath was a very proud mum on the first day of luci starting at senior school and she would be happy at how well Luci is doing both at school and home. And with the way she is coming to terms with losing her mum. We have coverted all our old vhs tapes into dvd format and now have over twenty hours of footage of Kath,myself, and the girls as they were growing up.It will be a great comfort to the children when they grow older to be able to see themselves as babies, and growing up with their mum.And i hope they will treasure the experience of seeing how happy Kath was to bring them into the world.
